Forune(이하 "앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 받아 무엇에 쓰는지 설명합니다.
계정 — 이메일, 로그인 제공자 식별자(Google · Apple · 이메일)
프로필 (선택) — 이름, 생년월일, 출생시간, 출생지, 현재 위치(도시명), 성별, MBTI, 연애 스타일, 관심 분야
상대방 정보 (선택, 이용자가 직접 입력) — 이름 또는 별칭, 생년월일, 관계, 특징. 이용자는 타인의 정보를 입력할 때 해당 정보 주체와의 관계에서 적법하게 이용할 책임이 있습니다.
이용 기록 — 생성한 리딩 기록(질문, 로컬 계산 결과, 완성된 프롬프트), 앱 사용 통계(Firebase Analytics)
광고 (Google AdMob) — 광고 식별자(iOS IDFA · Android 광고 ID, 이용자가 허용한 경우), 기기 · 운영체제 정보, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적 위치, 광고 노출 · 클릭 기록
앱은 카메라 · 마이크 · 연락처 · 정밀 위치를 수집하지 않습니다.
운세 프롬프트 생성, 리딩 기록 동기화, 서비스 개선을 위한 통계, 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 제공(노출 빈도 제한 · 광고 성과 측정 포함). 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

앱은 점술 계산만 로컬에서 수행하고 해석은 하지 않습니다. 완성된 프롬프트를 이용자가 직접 복사하거나 딥링크로 외부 AI 서비스(ChatGPT · Gemini · Claude)에 전달합니다. 이 전달은 이용자의 조작으로 일어나며, 전달된 뒤의 처리는 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 앱이 AI 서비스에 자동으로 정보를 보내는 일은 없습니다.
앱은 무료로 제공되며 광고로 운영됩니다. 광고는 새 리딩의 프롬프트 미리보기로 넘어가기 전(전면 광고, 하루 횟수 제한)과, 이용자가 고급 옵션을 쓰려고 직접 고를 때(보상형 광고)에만 나옵니다. 앱을 켤 때, 프롬프트를 복사하거나 AI 앱으로 이동할 때는 광고가 나오지 않습니다.
맞춤 광고 거부 — iOS: 처음 묻는 "추적 허용" 팝업에서 거부하거나 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 끌 수 있습니다. Android: 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제할 수 있습니다. 유럽경제지역 · 영국 · 스위스 이용자는 앱 설정 → 광고 개인정보 설정에서 동의를 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
거부해도 모든 기능을 똑같이 쓸 수 있고, 광고가 덜 맞춤화될 뿐입니다.
이용자가 초대 코드를 만들면 이름 · 나이 · 성별 · MBTI · 생년월일 · 출생시간 · 출생지가 코드와 함께 서버에 저장되고(코드는 7일간 유효), 코드를 받은 상대가 수락하면 그 정보가 상대의 My People에 저장됩니다. 상대가 수락하는 순간 상대의 같은 항목도 이용자의 My People에 저장됩니다. 연애 스타일 · 관심 분야 · 현재 위치는 공유되지 않습니다.
수락된 초대는 이용자의 앱이 반영하는 즉시 서버에서 삭제됩니다. 수락되지 않고 만료된 초대는 만료된 뒤에는 누구도 읽을 수 없고, 이용자가 새 초대 코드를 만들거나 계정을 삭제할 때 서버에서 삭제됩니다. 상대의 My People에 저장된 사본은 상대가 직접 입력한 정보와 같은 지위로 상대가 삭제할 수 있으며, 이용자가 계정을 삭제해도 자동으로 지워지지 않습니다. 삭제를 원하면 상대에게 요청하거나 문의처로 연락해 주세요.
회원 탈퇴 시 계정과 연결된 프로필 · 리딩 기록을 즉시 파기합니다 (앱 내 설정 → 계정 → 계정 삭제). 법령상 보존 의무가 있는 경우 그 기간을 따릅니다.
열람 · 정정 · 삭제 · 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 설정에서 직접 하거나 아래 문의처로 연락해 주세요. 요청은 접수 후 10일 이내에 처리합니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 확인하면 즉시 삭제합니다.
방침이 바뀌면 앱 내 공지와 이 문서의 시행일 갱신으로 알립니다.

Forune (the "app") explains here what information it receives and what it is used for.
Account — email address, sign-in provider identifier (Google, Apple, email)
Profile (optional) — name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, current city, gender, MBTI, love style, interests
Other people (optional, entered by you) — name or nickname, date of birth, relationship, traits. When you enter someone else's information you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so.
Usage records — readings you generate (question, locally computed chart, finished prompt) and app usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)
Ads (Google AdMob) — advertising identifier (iOS IDFA, Android advertising ID, if you allow it), device and OS information, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad impressions and clicks
The app does not collect camera, microphone, contacts or precise location.
To generate divination prompts, to sync your readings across devices, for aggregate statistics that guide improvements, and to show ads that keep the service free (including frequency capping and ad measurement). We do not sell personal information.

The app computes charts locally and does not interpret them. You copy the finished prompt yourself, or open it in an external AI service (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) through a deep link. That transfer happens by your action, and what follows is governed by that service's own privacy policy. The app never sends your data to an AI service on its own.
The app is free and supported by ads. Ads appear only before a new reading's prompt preview (interstitial, capped per day) and when you choose to unlock an advanced option (rewarded). No ads appear when you open the app, copy a prompt or jump to an AI app.
Opting out of personalized ads — iOS: decline the "Allow tracking" prompt, or turn it off in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Android: delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland can change their consent at any time in the app under Settings → Ad privacy choices.
Every feature works the same if you opt out; ads are simply less personalized.
When you create an invite code, your name, age, gender, MBTI, birth date, birth time and birthplace are stored on the server with the code (valid for 7 days). When the friend who received the code accepts it, that information is saved to their My People, and at the same moment the same fields from their profile are saved to yours. Love style, interests and current location are never shared.
An accepted invite is deleted from the server as soon as your app processes it. An invite that expires without being accepted can no longer be read by anyone, and is deleted from the server when you create a new invite code or delete your account. The copy stored in your friend's My People has the same status as data they entered manually: they can delete it, and it is not removed automatically when you delete your account. To have it removed, ask your friend or contact us.
When you delete your account, the linked profile and readings are destroyed immediately (Settings → Account → Delete account). Where law requires retention, that period applies.
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing, either in the app or by contacting us below. Requests are handled within 10 days of receipt.
The app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect their information. Anything found is deleted immediately.
Changes are announced in the app and by updating the effective date above.
