Delete in the app

Sign in, open Settings, and select Delete account at the bottom. You may need to sign in again or enter your email account password to confirm ownership. Deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email nahyundev@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Forune account deletion”. Include your registered email and sign-in method (email, Google, or Apple). Do not send passwords or verification codes. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, include the relay address linked to the app.

We verify account ownership before deletion and respond with the result or status within 10 days of receiving your request.

Data deleted and retention

We delete authentication records, your profile and birth information, saved readings/questions/prompts, saved people, custom personas, and invitations you created. We do not retain this account data for an additional period after deletion.

Copies already saved by another user and information you sent to an external AI service are not automatically deleted. Contact the recipient or service separately. Data independently processed by advertising or analytics providers is subject to their own retention policies.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete saved readings, people, and custom personas from their lists in the app, or email us from your registered address specifying the records to remove.
